Recently members of the Committee have suggested trying to publicise our group more.

We sent out invitations to newly diagnosed people via the Breast Care nurses, as suggested by them.

On 21st May, Denise, Margaret and Brenda attended the lounge in the Swan Hotel but nobody had replied to the invitations or turned up on the day… 🤔

But we’ll try this again and see what happens next time!

On the 12th June we were invited to Wixams Retirement Village for a wellbeing day. As you can see, four of the committee attended and were kept busy chatting to everyone.

Lots of other groups were there so it was very interesting to see what was on offer. We are also attending another event like this on the 12th July at the Transfiguration Church where we hold our meetings.
