Brenda has arranged a visit for 11.15am on Thursday, 15th May to this very interesting Museum which tells the fascinating story of the Panacea Society which was a remarkable religious community formed in the early 20th century. It is located at 11 Newnham Road, Bedford, MK40 3NX. Members can bring a guest and there is a charge of £2 per person although you will be able to donate more at the museum if you wish to do so.
The tour lasts about an hour after which members can purchase hot and cold drinks, assorted savoury and sweet snacks plus toasted tea cakes. 15 is the maximum group size but if there is sufficient interest a later tour can be arranged to take place at 12.15 on the same day.
To secure your place, please contact Brenda – [email protected] – or put your name on the list at the April meeting.
