SUMMARY:13 January meeting
DESCRIPTION:We have a slight change to our normal January meeting because instead of playing bingo\, we have got an amusing talk by Stephen Brown.  The title of his talk is It’s hell on Wheels being a Driving Instructor.  He will relate some of the funny things that have been said to him while teaching pupils and will ask members if they know the answers to the top four most failed Theory Test questions so suggest you read an up-to-date version of the Highway Code prior to the meeting.  13 January fits in very well with Stephen’s bookings that week as he doesn’t live in Bedfordshire. \n

SUMMARY:10 March meeting
DESCRIPTION:“40 years on Probation” is the title of Alan Doughty’s talk on 10 March.  We all know from the media that it is a very over-stretched service which is probably worse still now with so many prisoners being given early release to free up prison cells to cope with the current high level of crime in this country.
